Austin started Midland Golf HQ in March of 2021 and it has been consistently growing since then. Before starting MGHQ, Austin spent several seasons working for his father, Jim Deiters, who is currently the Head Professional at Midland Country Club. He started playing golf when he was 13 and went on to play at Dow High School as well as three seasons at Northwood University, graduating with an Advertising/Marketing degree (2020). Since joining the PGA Associate program, Austin has also had success playing in Michigan PGA Section events. With being such a student of the game, it's not a surprise to see the passion he has built for helping others develop their golf game's as well! He has conducted private lessons through the Midland Country Club and now here at MGHQ for going on 4 years.

Jesse was born and raised here in Midland, MI and graduated from Midland High School in 2011. Upon graduating he spent a lot of time working and playing golf at Midland Country Club. There, he was introduced to the PGA Associate program to achieve Class A Membership. In 2014, he headed out west to Scottsdale, AZ and spent 8 seasons working at multiple private clubs in the area, as well as playing professional tournaments through the Southwest and Michigan PGA Sections. Jesse has experience coaching in junior golf camps, group clinics, and more recently in 1 on 1 private lessons.
